Hello. This is my blog where I share thoughts and stories about communication, culture, christianity and cupcakes.

The day job

I’ve been working for charities since 2003 and at the moment I help manage an online community. Previously I’ve managed social media for a cancer charity, worked as a press officer and written. Lots and lots.

Outside of work

I love using social networks, RSS feeds and forums to find out new things, share ideas and learn from others. I enjoy blogging, grabbing deals on Groupon and discovering new music on spotify, soundcloud and mflow.

Offline I read, watch movies, cook and eat lots of food, giggle in studio audiences at the BBC, hang out at church, do youthwork, sing and makes cakes. Chances are, I’ll post pictures of them.
